306th Personnel Burial Information from American Battle Monuments Commission

The American Battle Monuments Commission was established by the United States in 1923 with the purpose of maintaining those American cemeteries and honoring our fallen Veterans that are buried there in foreign countries. Below are listings of 306th Bomb Group personnel, by various sorts, that are buried in these cemeteries

Note: not all who died serving overseas during the war were buried overseas. Some remains were transferred to the United States for burial in specific cemeteries during or after the war. In two issues of the Echoes there are lists of Combat Deaths, and Others Killed (including some MIAs later declared killed) that includes the place of burial, usually just which State. The dates, shown as links to the issue, are Oct 1997 page 3 and Jan 1998 page 5.
